Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable.

Returns Policy
HighFive Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted, in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
We will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing will not be refunded.
We will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement.
We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
Our Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products or request that you return the product to us directly.
If we ask you to return it to us directly, please send it to the address below.
Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Product returns are by arrangement only.

For Event Support Orders

All orders are accepted on the following terms unless specifically varied in writing and our warranty as suppliers and makers is limited to goods which have been put to proper use and care for in accordance with good practice and advice appended hereto.

The term Kit is used to refer to any promotional High5 Kit used for dressing an event such as flags, E-Z-Y Ups / tents and inflatables.

General Conditions
High5 accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any loss arising from non-availability of materials or delay or failure to deliver.

Bookings should be made through our website www.highfive.co.uk. This website is owned and operated by High5 Limited a company registered in England & Wales (Company no. 3020972) whose registered office is at H5 Ltd, Unit 4 Ash Court, Forest Business Park, Bardon, Leicestershire, LE67 1UD.

Event Support Product
No item supplied for event support can be re-sold at a profit. It is the event organizers responsibility to ensure that if product is sold-on any 3rd party does not sell it for profit as well. 

Nutrition items must be ordered by shipping outers – for instance EnergySource event packs can only be ordered in multiples of 20.

Water used for mixing drinks must be “drinking” water. It is the responsibility of the event oraniser to ensure that there are sufficient drinks available on-course. It is important to High5 that there are sufficient drinks available (even plain water) no matter what the conditions.

If there is a retailer at the event, that retailer must not sell any brand of nutrition other than High5.

Promotional Kit for “dressing an event”
The use of any equipment is at the organizers own risk. It is the organisers responsibility to have sufficient public liability insurance in place.

E-Z-Y Ups and flags must not be used in winds above 25mph. The inflatable tent and bottle are more durable but in windy and gutsy conditions care should be exercised to prevent damage. For health and safety reasons all E-Z-Y Up and inflatable items must always be secured to the ground with guide ropes and heavy duty pegs regardless of the weather conditions. On hard standing E-Z-Y Ups must be secured with a ground plate if they cannot be pegged down.

Coolers must be cleaned immediately after use. In multi day events, the coolers must be emptied and cleaned after each day’s racing. You cannot keep mixed drinks from one day to the next as they do not contain preservatives. If coolers are returned not clean there will be a £5 cleaning charge per cooler. NB: it is very much more difficult to clean them after they have been left standing for several days.

All goods are supplied on the understanding that they are used in compliance with Town & Country Planning Acts and other Statutory Instruments and Local Authority Bylaws and that the customer has obtained any approvals or dispensations that may be necessary, also that the structure to which any flag or flagpole or bunting is secured to is of sufficient strength. Our opinion, unless in writing, shall not form part of the transaction.

Some items with limited availability, typically the Giant Inflatable High5 Drinks Bottle and the Inflatable High5 Tent, are available on an “on request basis”. It will be clear to you when you are making your booking that the item selected is “on request”. In these circumstances, we will confirm availability to you (via e mail) once we have received confirmation from our warehouse.

Shipping
Someone must be available to take delivery and sign for items.

Returns Policy 
Due to the large number of events we are supporting any Events Kit must be returned to our Warehouse within 7 working days of the event finishing. You must return the Kit in the same condition as it was received. High5 reserves the sole right to judge whether any damage sustained during your rental period is fair wear and tear or if it is chargeable. If you are going to be late returning our Kit, please advise as soon as possible.

High5 cannot accept return of nutrition items.

We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening. In particular the inflatable Blowers will need to be packed well.

Replacement Costs
Should the items be lost, stolen or damaged (excluding fair wear and tear) then the replacement costs are as follows:

Changes to your booking
We will try to accommodate any changes that may be required after your order has been placed but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

If we make changes:
If it is necessary for us to make changes to your booking. In these cases we will notify you as soon as possible and if the proposed changes are not acceptable we will refund any payments received for your order in full. We do not accept any additional liability as a result of any such changes.

Cancellation of your booking
If you cancel your reservation before shipment then a full refund will apply.

Your obligations as a customer
You agree that:
·                     Until the Kit is returned to High5 you will be liable as hirer of your Kit for any offences, penalties or fines committed or sustained in respect of your Kit under any relevant legislation during your rental period.
·                     You shall be responsible for your Kit during your rental period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the order confirmation and for ensuring that any helpers also observe these agreements and their terms and conditions.
·                     The information that you have supplied is true.
