HighFive Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted, in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
We will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing will not be refunded.
We will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement.
We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
Our Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products or request that you return the product to us directly.
