FAQs
What are the benefits of creating an account? To make the order process more efficient and easier for you to use we have added the facility to create a member account. This will store your previous orders, help you track your existing orders and store your address details for ease of ordering.
How can I track my order? Log in, click on Order Status (in the top menu bar), enter your order number and email address. Click on Track. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has been shipped then the consignment number will be displayed and you can click on Track Parcel to be taken to the carrier's website to track your parcel.
How much does shipping cost? All Deliveries to mainland UK are charged at £4.00. If the products ordered carry VAT then VAT must also be added to the shipping cost giving a total of £4.70. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands are £10.00. Deliveries to BFPO addresses outside the UK, USA, Europe and the rest of the world are charged at cost. International customers should email us first for a shipping quote.
How long will it take for my products to arrive? We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days and delivery can normally be expected within 2-4 working days after despatch (UK mainland). International orders are generally received within 7 days of despatch.
What if what I want is out of stock? If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Do you store my credit/debit card details? We do not store any credit or debit card details for security reasons. You will be asked for card information each time you order.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no-quibble guarantee.
Do you share my details with anyone? High5 does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
How can I return something? HighFive Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted, in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities: We will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing will not be refunded. We will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement. We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening. Our Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products or request that you return the product to us directly. If we ask you to return it to us directly, please send it to the address below. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. Product returns are by arrangement only. Please call 01332 724747 for a returns number. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
How can I find my nearest High Five stockist? Go to the Stockist Search box and enter your postcode and a radius (in miles) for the search. Then click on Submit. A list of High Five Stockists should be displayed, in order of distance from your postcode. NOTE: Not all stockists stock the full range of High Five products so call first to check that they stock the products you are looking for.
